10-15 minutes walk to Yumbo Centre, Plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants close to the apartment and not far from the main Playa Del Ingles beach (but fairly long walk to the dunes). Rooftop sundeck with sun loungers, including a separate nude area. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Thai restaurant in the building which is said to be the best in Gran Canaria. Well equipped, good WiFi. Very convenient having a washing machine.
Empty hand soap, shower gel and dishwash liquid dispensers! It would be nice if these were actually filled so there was something to use on arrival before shopping and stocking up (although a bottle of water was provided). The shower screen really needs work (sealing) as it's practically impossible to shower without it leaking out a large pool of water which needs mopping up after using the shower! €300 security deposit without proper checkout, only hosts checking after departure. It was all refunded but it's worrying that they might fabricate "damage" after you've left. If there's a deposit then I'd prefer in-person checkout and handover to confirm it's all good before I leave. A little more hanging space for washing (like one of the fold-away drying racks) would be nice.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który zadbał o przekazanie nam wszystkich informacji. Apartament kompletnie wyposażony.

Fijne locatie.
Balkon is fijn.
Koelkast goed koud.
Toch wel veel gebreken. Bed is erg smal en kussens zijn zo zacht dat je het geen kussens mag noemen.
Bankstel was kapot. Heel erg hard. Zit je niet voor je plezier op. Barkrukken zaten ook matig.
Bij aankomst was deur naar balkon kapot. Zal die dag nog gerepareerd worden. Meerdere keren contact gehad maar zijn niet gekomen.
Lag veel stof in de kamer.
Douche is maar 1.80 hoog. Ik ben 1.87 lang en kon er niet onder staan. Doucht wel erg lastig.
Badmeester trekt Spanjaarden voor. Zij mogen met banden/ballen spelen. Buitenlanders niet en direct boos. Onvriendelijk tegen buitenlanders.
Moet na 2 weken nog steeds mijn borg terugkrijgen. Wordt gezegd dat het is teruggestort maar is niet zo.
