Die Lage ist perfekt 200 Meter vom Meer. Die Wohnung hat Klimaanlage die gut funktioniert und Küche hat alles was man braucht. Auch die Waschmaschine war sehr hilfreich. Der Pool war warm und mit Liegen versehen. Die Nächte waren ruhig zum schlafen und auch im Schlafzimmer hat es ein Deckenventilator an der Beleuchtung kombiniert. Parkplätze hat es im Innenraum und falls besetzt findet man draussen immer einen Platz. Sowohl in Wohnraum wie im Schlafzimmer ein TV.

Brilliant little apartment in a mixed residential and tourist building - quiet but right in the heart of Playa del Ingles. Apartment was spotless and comfortable with a great balcony that caught the sun for most of the afternoon.

The supply of hot water was just enough for a quick shower but the little boiler did the job and there was enough for another shower within about 10 mins - wasn’t a huge issue for us as I just went out a run while my wife had a shower and it was ready for me coming back

Location was good , no breakfast self catering

Mattress topper was very lumpy . Had no water one day when a pump broke. Took a long time to fix it 24 hours.

No tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y al ir a dormir al sillón-cama del salón, no se podía porque estaba roto. El sillón de la habitación nos dijo al llegar que estaba roto pero no hizo nada por solucionarlo durante los 8 días de la estancia. El colchón de la habitación, muy incómodo. Se hundía en el centro. Las sábanas y nórdicos de repuesto, estaban con manchas amarillas. La lavadora, estaba muy sucia. Con moho en la goma de la puerta. El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo, de que se había limpiado hacía muchos días. La placa y pollete de la cocina tenían restos de grasa.
