Brilliant little apartment in a mixed residential and tourist building - quiet but right in the heart of Playa del Ingles. Apartment was spotless and comfortable with a great balcony that caught the sun for most of the afternoon.
The supply of hot water was just enough for a quick shower but the little boiler did the job and there was enough for another shower within about 10 mins - wasn’t a huge issue for us as I just went out a run while my wife had a shower and it was ready for me coming back

One of the best apartments in that area. Close to everything. The host was very helpful at any time.
It would be great to have more wine and cava glasses, a sharp kitchen knife as well. The deposit is required (by credit card), and this amount is blocked for some weeks after your check out (but it is refunded of course).

Location was good , no breakfast self catering
Mattress topper was very lumpy .
Had no water one day when a pump broke. Took a long time to fix it 24 hours.

Das Bad war unglaublich schmutzig. Haare von Vormietern, Schimmel oder was das auch immer war… Der 15l Wasserboiler reicht gerade mal für einen kurzen Duschvorgang in einem Appartement das man für bis zu 4 Personen beziehen könnte. Der Ausblick auf das halb abgerissene, alte Restaurant ist auf den Bildern natürlich nicht zu sehen. Eingangstüre steckte bei halber Öffnung… Das Schlafsofa ist so schmuddelig und abgenutzt. Da legt man sich nicht mehr gerne drauf. Auf Anfrage haben wir noch grade so eine zweite Bettdecke und Polster erhalten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sowas im Vorfeld angemeldet werden muss.
