    Staff were friendly and helpful — the cleaning lady in particular was wonderfully polite. The price was a pleasant surprise, especially given that I travelled during the CNY peak period. I was travelling solo with just one small bag, so the room size was perfectly adequate for my needs. One minor inconvenience worth noting: the reception and seating area is on the 1st floor, while luggage storage is on the ground floor. On my checkout day, I left my luggage in storage while I went out for some last-minute shopping. When I returned and needed to reorganise my bag, there was nowhere to do so comfortably. I ended up kneeling on the floor by the ground floor entrance, sorting through my belongings (including personal items) right at the doorway and windows (facing the street). In hindsight, the staff could have offered to let me use the seating area upstairs at reception, which would have made a real difference. A small thing, but worth mentioning for future guests in the same situation.

    Travelled with a friend stay in different level in single room. When booked does not check the room size ,is small but location is good and convenience. MTR just nearby.

    Spacious well appointed rooms. Great bathroom with plenty of space for your toiletries. Location is convenient with MTR station about 7 minutes walk. Lots of local eateries in the neighborhood.

    Our room payment has include Bathtub. Room without bathtub cost much cheaper. We request early check in due to my wife birthday. I wanted to decorate the room with surpise. The front desk said room is only available until 3pm. Im sure the hotel wasnt fully booked. Otherwise there would be tons of people waiting at the lobby. So we were disappointed and waited until 3pm. Finally room was ready. We went up and the room without bathtub. So we had to go back down again and her response were yes, room may or may not with bathtub. I showed her our payment and details that our room has bathtub. Then the manager re arrange a room with bathtub. I have been to thousands of hotels worldwide. Usually they will offer a small cake or something special for birthday. There isnt any. Not even a Happy Birthday. Been staying with this hotel for few years. Super disappointing. No wonder so many negative reviews recently. Do you job General Manager or Front Desk Manager
