Absolutely loved this house! Travelled with my daughter and 10 month old granddaughter; the house was exceptionally clean and spacious. The upper deck provided entertainment with the little “ninja” squirrels and after long days of strolling St Augustine, the hot tub was a great way to relax. Amazing communication with the property manger. They texted to make sure we didn’t need anything which was so very thoughtful. Will be renting again in the future.

Property needs a little TLC, banister to go down stairs in the house let’s out splinters, there is mold in garage above washer, floor going into downstairs bedroom feels like it’s gong to cave in, master shower has missing tiles and clearly moisture is getting into the drywall and behind the other tiles. Upstairs hall bathroom toilet seat cover is broken off. Patio couch wicker is worn and you sink in when you sit on it. House was clean on surface but lacks deep cleaning. House was nice, just needs a little more cleaning and repair attention. I would stay again because I’m not that picky about these details.
