Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom cottage in St. Augustine. This fantastic property offers WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, and AC, and fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. With 2 full bathrooms, this island cottage provides ample space for your group. There is a children’s park 1 block from the home. The home is also conveniently located with a direct route to a protected pedestrian crossing for safe access across the A1A, to reach the beach. For a fun day at the beach, there are bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagons and beach toys available for use. There are many restaurants, and a grocery store (Winn Dixie) within minutes from the home, with options such as Walmart or Aldi a short 15 minute drive away. The location provides quick access to the historic downtown, and other local attractions such as the St Augustine lighthouse, Amphitheatre, and the Alligator farm. The property was perfect for our needs. It was close to the beach and close to many things nearby. We were a party of 12 and fit comfortably and there was plenty of room to stretch out. Our host Ed communicated well before the trip and the house offered many things. My family was happy.

The home is beautiful well cab updated with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Having bikes to ride was a big Plus and a cart with some things for the beach was nice. The space fit are large family very well and we had a couple extra beds. Proximity to the beach was a huge bonus and a very easy walk. We most definitely would consider staying at this location again as it did have everything that our family needed for a great vacation.
