Act fast to reserve this beautiful beachfront vacation home! This listing is for the upstairs "Barefoot Hideaway I" unit. Barefoot Hideaway is nestled back off the road and is right on the beach. The unit shares a building with "Barefoot Hideaway II" downstairs. Each unit has it's own private, locked entrance while having a common outer entry and laundry area. Each separate unit sleeps 10, or rent them together to sleep 20! Please inquire to rent multiple units. This vacation complex is on a truly beautiful and private part of the beach, and yet is minutes from downtown St. Augustine, Matanzas Inlet, and all of the area attractions!
This three bedroom, two bath unit is completely reconstructed and freshly finished in modern beachy decor to create the perfect vacation environment. It features an large back porch which overlooks sunrises on the beach and doubles the living space. Three bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable furnishings, and baths and kitchen are fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The living area is light and bright and includes a dining area and a pull-out Queen bed. And the best part of all....Step out onto a little short boardwalk that takes you over the dunes and through your private gate onto the beach! Beach supplies such as beach chairs, towels and cooler are provided.
***Note: The pool heater is available upon request from November 1st - April 15th. Please inquire for pool heating prices. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before checkin. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater can not operate effectively. Please plan your vacation activities accordingly. No refunds are issued based on weather conditions. ***

LOVED our stay! This property was perfectly located to everything and wonderfully suited to a family. It had everything we could’ve needed, including games and beach toys for our children. Not including all of the starter items provided like soap, toilet paper and beach towels especially! What a space saver in our luggage to not have to pack beach towels! We were also deeply appreciative of the equal amenities provided for ourselves and the neighbors in the other unit. Two washers and two dryers, so there was never a question of who got to use them and when. There were also two tables with chairs and four lounge chairs so that us and the other unit never felt like we were on top of each other. Our neighbors were lovely and the trip was perfection. The ONLY hiccup was that there was no access to the pool area from the upstairs deck but this was so minor and in the long run, the extra little bit of walking was good for us! The communication with management was so easy and they were friendly and responsive. Free tickets were also provided to some of the local attractions which was a cherry on top of an already great experience. We will definitely be back! 10/10!

This place is an oasis. We come every year. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need, the views are unbeatable, and the ocean couldn’t be closer. The beach is hardly ever busy. If there is ever an issue (rarely!) it is taken care right away. Can’t wait to come back next year!
