About this villa rental
The villa, built in the early 1970s, is among the first of the subdivision wanted by Angelo Moratti and therefore enjoys a spectacular view of Asinara.
The villa’s exteriors are an invitation to immerse yourself in Sardinian nature: spacious stone terraces overlook a vast private park filled with juniper, fig trees, "corbezzoli" trees, and rosemary. Perfect for relaxing in the shade or dining al fresco while admiring the breathtaking view of the turquoise Pelosa Beach and the rugged landscape of Asinara National Park.
Inside, a minimalist yet refined style blends with exclusive details like the iconic Arco di Castiglioni and a black-and-white checkered floor stretching across the kitchen and living room. Panoramic windows frame every shade of the sea, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals with a view, while the bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower, offer maximum comfort.
Completing this unique property is a mini-villa for dogs, with a fenced area, door, and potable water; a barbecue with tools and grill, and a built-in table near the barbecue in the villa’s rear garden. This exclusive retreat harmoniously combines design and nature for an unforgettable vacation.
The Roccaruja area is very quiet and immersed in the junipers of the Sardinian Mediterranean. The village of Stintino is 4 km away and here you can find all the services, including the port from which boats leave for excursions to the island of Asinara. On the nearby beaches of Pelosa and Gabbiano or in the equally nearby small port of Ancora, also equipped with a bathing establishment, it is possible to rent sailing and motor boats, practice water sports and have sailing and windsurfing schools. A few minutes (8 km) from the villa begins the very long Saline beach, with several bathing establishments and km of free beach. Within a few kilometers there are numerous restaurants, farmhouses, bars and various places where you can spend pleasant moments. From Stintino other locations, coastal or internal, are easily reachable and are certainly worth a visit. Just as an example we report Alghero, Castelsardo, Bosa, Porto Torres and Sassari.
