SPECIAL EDITION 2020 - BEAUTIFUL EXCLUSIVE VILLA WITH PRIVATE VILLAGE POOL

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 bambini) e siamo stati veramente molto bene!!! La cucina, seppur non grandissima, e' super ben accessoriata con molti piatti, stoviglie e pentole, non manca nulla! Le camere sono molto piacevoli e i materassi molto comodi (cosa non da poco!!!). Il pezzo forte della villa e' ovviamente l'esterno; la piscina e' fantastica (soprattutto se avete dei bambini), il tavolo sotto il portico e' perfetto per cene e aperiviti all'esterno (che ovviamente non sono mancati!). Per non parlare del barbecue per ottime grigliate di carne o pesce a piacere!!! Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche il fatto che fosse presente un'ottima raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti! Insomma, una sistemazione altamente consigliata!!!

positive: outer area and swimming-pool are more or less in in a good condition and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding is quiet nice and the shopping facilities are good. negative: as we arrived (5-headed family) we were missing the offered equipment: dishing-machine, microwave and toaster. Furthermore one of the bedrooms (the largest one) was only limited to use - the ceiling was wet (water-damage) and there was a bad smell in the bed-room and in the furnitures. The two baths are very small (max. 4 m²) and are not handicapped accessible (that also applies for the outer area -> there are steps integrated…). The kitchen is also quiet small - the given size of the house (150 square meters) is misleading regarding the space in the "Villa"... Probably the comfortable terraces are calculated for the specified size. By the way - another house/flat is directly above the „Villa Roma“. The safeguarding of the main-power in the house is quiet bad - no use of air-conditioning or use of washing machine with hair-dryer or oven was in combination possible. We need more or less 3 days to eliminate the ants in the house (and we put a lot of emphasis on a clean house)…; Then it was partly loud/to loud (depending of the wind) in the evening from the center of the country paradise village… All in all - if we had known this circumstances, we had not booked this accommodation and unfortunately can't recommended the "Villa Roma". Note: In the meantime the owner changed some details of the description of the equipment on the FeWo-Website.

Villa da favola. Dotata di tutti i servizi. Piscina fantastica. Casa arredata con gusto e totalmente funzionale. Esperienza da ripetere al più presto. Proprietari disponibilissimi e cortesissimi

Location straordinaria, villa splendida sicuramente tra le più belle del villaggio turistico. Piscina nuova dotata di scala romana per la discesa in acqua. Camere finemente arredate con cura e manufatti ad alto livello. Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. La villa e' assolutamente da consigliare a tutti. Grazie ancora. Marco

Eccellente vacanza. Villa stupenda e dotata di ogni confort. Massima privacy. Piscina fantastica con acqua limpidissima ( sembrava di stare alla famosa spiaggia la Pelosa ). Il proprietario educatissimo e corretto sotto ogni aspetto. La riaffitteremo sicuramente per il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo a tutti ed in particolare alle famiglie con bambini ed anziani Daniela

Belle maison avec jardin et piscine confortable. Le village est bien équipé (restaurants, bars, boulanger,…), juste à coté de la plage "Le Saline" qui est à 5 min. de voiture. Magnifiques vacances!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De woning in Stintino, Country Residence is ons heel goed bevallen. Het was netjes en heel goed verzorgd. We zijn goed ontvangen door de beheerdster. Kwaliteit van de voorzieningen was ook heel goed. Periode dat we er waren werd het zwembad tot 2 keer toe schoon gemaakt. Op de woning hebben wij totaal niks te aan te merken. Het dorp op zich was heel rustig, maar dat komt doordat we buiten het seizoen zaten. We hebben wel de mooiste stranden gezien en de vriendelijkheid van de bewoners was ook heel kenmerkend. Al om al een hele fijne en leuke ervaring.
