You gonna pay and pay until you leave.

I liked the location.

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure I was not coming from a place of frustration, but my feelings about it have not changed. I felt like I was nickle and dimed the entire time. As soon as I booked I received a message asking for payment for sheets and towels 20 euros per person, then after we settled on it because apparently it was my mistake for not reading the super fine print, I was asked for tax payment as well. Long story short I have never dealt with this before so I called booking to make sure I was not being scammed. Turns out the host don't add all these payments to the cost of stay. I don't understand why this isn't already included in the price and I had to wire the money over paying an additional wiring fee. The towels and linens we paid for were not brand new so I have no idea why we are charged for it. Parking was provided, we were given a larger vehicle at the airport and had difficulties parking it in the tight space. We were getting rude notes from the parking neighbors about our car even though they left us no room. Anyways the location was great but because of this experience we no longer stay at homes we stay in hotels only.

Perfect location, but…

The location of the property is perfect! The property was pretty large and has good airconditioning. Good walking distance from the most beautiful beach there is. Free parking on the property.

The apartment was not very clean. When we walked barefoot, our foot turned black on the bottom. Also the glasses weren’t clean, we had to wash it all on our first day. There is a kitchen, but not much to cook with. There are three pans, no frying pan, so no fried egg in the morning. Only one or two apartments have sea view. Our apartment did not have that. And then it’s a little sober. There is no WiFi, not even a little. Also, you have to pay for bed linen and towels (20 euro per person) and you need to pay the city tax, so keep this in mind.

Unpleasant

The flat we stayed in is located on the ground floor of a two-story house that is one of a few semi-detached houses standing in one row. It is spacious (a kitchen together with a living room, two bedrooms and a bath) and was clean. There is a large terrace/deck there, although it sits on the ground level (as does the flat) and there is no view from the deck. There is AC in every room and worked OK. The area is beautiful - very green and peaceful. Parking is available very close by (50 m or so) and parking space was always available. While there are no shops within a short walking distance, the nearest decent grocery shop is a 5-minute drive away from the flat. The La Pesola beach is 2 km away. The contact with the person renting it out was very good; they were responsive and helpful.

We did not like the flat at all and would not go back. The flat is very dark - most windows look out onto a wall and you do not get hardly any light. The interior is run down - all the furniture is very old and unpleasant to sit on; the mattresses are beyond old, uncomfortable and make a terrible noise every time you move; the AC in the master bedroom makes this cyclical sound that is rather annoying; the kitchen furniture is old, too. There is no kettle in the kitchen - if you wanna make tea/coffee, you need to boil water in a pot. There are no basics such as a kitchen towel or salt in there, either. What we found highly frustrating is that we had to pay a 'rental fee' for bed linen and towels (EUR 20 per person); yet, there was no toiler paper in the bathroom - had to buy it ourselves. While the flat was generally very clean, there were two huge, old spider webs in the master bedroom, which made the place even more unappealing.

When we say to the girl that the Apartment was disgusting she came to clean it up.

Careful here, Apartment is nothing to sée with what you see on picture, I initially booked because I thought there was a big terrace. There is none. Apartment in the basement. No Sun through the window. Really dirty.

Lokatie geweldig maar accomodatie onvoldoende (prijs/kwaliteit).

De lokatie en het terrasje voor de kamer.

Geen wifi en geen 4G dekking in de kamers. De kamers kwamen niet overeen met de foto's op booking.com. En er zaten geen ramen in de slaapkamer en badkamer (donker en muf). Daarnaast moesten we €20 persoon bijbetalen voor bedlinen. Dit was vooraf niet duidelijk.

La posizione, indubbiamente. L’appartamento era spazioso e tutto sommato ben fornito. Letti comodi. L’host è molto gentile e disponile

Il nostro appartamento era probabilmente il più “infelice” rispetto agli altri, essendo credo l’unico seminterrato (nessuna finestra, solo “bocche di lupo” in alto). Inoltre necessita di manutenzione. Per es al box doccia mancava una porta vetro, sostituita con una tenda in plastica. L’altra metà della porta a vetro rimasta era pure pericolosa, usciva dal binario. Nonostante all’arrivo avessimo segnalato un cattivo odore appena fuori l’appartamento, dopo qualche giorno si é reso necessario un intervento urgente per ripulire l’apparato fognario (tralascio i dettagli….)

Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Molto deludente.

Tra i pochi lati positivi, la casa è grande e silenziosa, offrendo spazio sufficiente e un ambiente tranquillo. Inoltre, il contesto e la posizione sono ottimi, con la bellezza naturale di Stintino e la vicinanza a spiagge e servizi, ma questi aspetti non sono sufficienti a compensare le numerose carenze e i rischi per la sicurezza della struttura.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento a Stintino è stato estremamente deludente, segnato da una serie di problemi che hanno reso la vacanza scomoda e frustrante. La casa non era pulita a dovere, con evidenti segni di trascuratezza che hanno contribuito a un’impressione generale di scarsa cura. Alcune pentole erano lavate male, con residui di cibo ancora presenti, rendendole praticamente inutilizzabili senza un’ulteriore pulizia da parte nostra. Il supporto della doccia era rotto, rendendo l’utilizzo scomodo e poco pratico. Mancavano completamente elementi essenziali come porta asciugamani, porta rotolo di carta igienica, appendiabiti, un cesto per la biancheria, uno stendino per stendere i panni e un set di cortesia con bagnoschiuma e shampoo, un dettaglio che ormai ci si aspetta anche nelle strutture più semplici. Lo stendino è stato fornito dalla proprietà solo il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo, dopo un disagio iniziale. Inoltre, lo stipite della porta della camera da letto matrimoniale si sta staccando e rappresenta un pericolo reale, rischiando di cadere in testa a noi ospiti, un problema di sicurezza inaccettabile. Il lunedì 28 luglio 2025, il sifone sotto il lavello si è staccato, causando un allagamento della cucina, e ho dovuto provvedere personalmente alla riparazione, un compito che non dovrebbe mai ricadere su un ospite. Il televisore non riceveva alcun segnale, eliminando ogni possibilità di intrattenimento serale. I mobili e i materassi erano di qualità scadente, paragonabili a prodotti di basso livello come quelli di Mondo Convenienza, risultando scomodi e poco durevoli. Non ci è mai stata consegnata la chiave della porta a vetri, un disagio significativo in termini di sicurezza e praticità. Inoltre, l’appartamento presentava un lieve odore di umidità, che contribuiva a rendere l’ambiente meno piacevole.

No recomiendo en absoluto

Lo único que pasa es la ubicación

Un departamento que parecía ser un garaje antiguamente. la habitación no tenía ventanas prácticamente (una muuuuy pequeña que ni se podía acceder a la misma para abrir la persiana). La ducha un espanto, si tenes claustrofobia la vas a pasar mal. Los aires acondicionados hacían constantemente un ruido super molesto y no enfriaban bien. Éramos tres personas, 5 días y había UN papel higiénico que obvio, no alcanzo. Nos cobraron 20€ por persona para las SÁBANAS y toallas. La persona que gestiona y se comunica por mensaje bastante soberbio, no conoce palabras como “hola, gracias, por favor, de nada”. Por lo que ya sabrás de qué tipo de persona se trata. En fin, me parece un sinsentido lo que pagamos por lo que es.

Le confort et la beauté que j ai jamais trouvé ailleurs...

10 car il y a pas 11 ou plus dans l évaluation... 3 climatiseurs, modernes et efficaces, 38 degrés dehors et du frais à la rentrée dans notre magnifique maison louée par Sabrina et son equipe: toujours présents et prêts à résoudre éventuels problèmes ( on a pas eu mais...ils étaient tout le temps attentif à les prévenir, eviter et éventuellement resoudre). Le séjour plus agréable dans toute mon expérience booking. La maison ? J ai envie de la déconseiller comme ça je la trouverai libre l année prochaine aussi: 2 etages, 2 chambre dont une avec terrasse et merveilleuse vue sur la mer et l'île de l'asinara, lumieuses, salon cuisine grand espace tres lumineux lui aussi ,2 salles de bains, carrelage, mur et plafonds en parfait état, tout tres recent et enfin une terrasse pergolas très grand avec vue panoramique de rêve.
