Beautiful white oasis near Pelosa Beach

The location is great but still a bit far to walk to Pelosa Beach. Our accommodation was wonderful but be aware that the 2 bedroom apartments are on the second level. Wish I knew that before booking.

Lovely & enjoyable

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, doing their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location was nice. The facilities were modern and beautiful.

Only the location.

Very poor experience. The only positive was the location. Our vacation started in this place that seemed wonderful, despite the very high cost. We believed it was worth the price since it was peak season. The disappointment was complete: the quality of everything in the apartment was terrible. From the mattress to the sheets and towels, everything was of very low quality. I began to feel back pain right after the first night. The air conditioning didn't respond to the controls. All in all, extremely unpleasant and the worst investment I could have made.

Proximity to La Pelosa beach. Amazing pool. Really nice hosts at reception who were very polite and very helpful by booking a restaurant for us and giving us suggestions where to eat and what to do. An option to wash clothes. 2 bottles of cold water on arrival. Spacious room, living area. Clean and modern.

Pillows were horrible and bed was not comfortable. Bed cover was very rough. Flat bowls so could not eat cereal. No frying pan. Not many negatives.

Really nice, clean and calm

The houses are so nice with enough space. Very close to the beach. The staff is really friendly!! Overall it was a great stay. Super easy parking as well.

The only feedback I can give is to put a broom in the houses so guests can sweep the outside area. A lot of flowers/grass/etc due to some wind.

A bit weird to only get 2 pods of coffee when you are checking in for 3 days… then you have to pay extra for the additional day, but ok. the worst part is that you’re only getting ONE roll of toilet paper. We asked for another one because of course we ran out, and did received it, but were told this is it, and don’t ask for more. I really struggle to understand - what is the problem embedding $5 extra in the room rate to allow a normal supply of this necessity? It’ll simply avoid any weird feelings for your guests. Just a suggestion.

Huge disappointment. We got apartment no. 6 close to reception. After 3 nights I had to book another accommodation due to unbearable musty smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately it was all over the apartment. I tried to block outfalls with plastic bags and towels, we had ventilation on, nothing helped. I'm glad we moved out as it would have ruined our holiday.

For self contained apartment kitchens could possibly be equipped a little better with some extra utensils i.e. toaster, wooden spoons, oven Need some door mats to stop the sand Some extra hooks on back of the doors and walls to hang kids clothes, extra towels, hats etc. would be nice The cupboards in the bedroom aren't functional - the racks are so high no-one can possibly use them

Instagrammable. Super location. Some awkward house rules.

Superbly located just a few minutes from La Pelosa beach, possibly one of the prettiest and safest beaches on the island, Capo Falcone offers stylish, large, well appointed accommodation. The pool is thoroughly instagrammable. Rooms are new, modern styled, and well equipped. They do seem to be having a few issues with "snags", as can happen in new build properties - our room had at least two plug sockets that were broken and a piece of the back door handle kept falling off - which will no doubt get sorted in time. The gardens have all been nicely landscaped and should look amazing once they have a few years to mature. Ample parking on site, although we didn't have a car (which, by the way, if you don't have a car you will need to do your shopping in Stintino before you get here... and don't forget about the afternoon siesta that might mean the few shops here might not be open when you pass through).

The pool hours were 9.30am to 1pm and 4.30-7.30pm or something like that, which we found strange and annoying - I would expect 8am to 10pm straight through in a facility such as this. Also, we travelled to the location by public bus and, as with the other 4 properties we stayed at on our trip, we sent a message asking if they might have any tips on how to reach them. All the other properties were more than helpful, offering times and, in two instances, insider tips to get us there more quickly. Capo Falcone basically suggested we google it. One last thing... we were told we needed to have a member of staff come inspect our room before we departed which, as we were departing early the following morning, meant the inspection occurred whilst we were still inhabiting the room. This is the first accommodation I've ever been to that has done this - very awkward. We were also asked to take our own sorted rubbish to the on-site collection area, again a total first for me. None of these things ruined our stay, but they did take quite a lot of the cool-factor shine off it.

the location was perfect and the apartments were nice.

some things were missing in the apartment, for example the refrigerator, which would be super useful especially in summer and on a island. didn’t like the fact that the towels weren’t changed during the stay, not even once, and we stayed for 6 days. there was an extra fee in order to get clean towels. I have never experienced something like this.

Nice Appartements, miserable service and comminication

The Appartements were really nice, new and clean.

Unfortunately the only beach, La Pelosa, is protected and a ticket is necessary. As a foreign tourist I expect such an information from my hotel or guesthouse. We were 1 week there and could not go to the beach once, everything was booked there. All other beaches have sun umbrellas and deck chair to rent, so there is no beach too. If you do not have a ticket to the La Pelosa Beach, you can do nothing there without car. Guesthouse does not care about that circumstance and not good English at all.

Great location and super modern. Comfortable beds, AC, and nice shower.

Coffee machine and 3/4 burners didnt work. We reported the problem and they fixed the coffee machine. You are required to give a 200€ deposit in cash upon arrival and 80€ cleaning fee… maybe mention this ahead of time. It would also be great if the structure mentioned that you have to book in advance to go to La Pelosa… We didn’t know until 3 weeks before and everything was already booked.

Superb

The hotel is completly new, nice, clean rooms, 3-4 minutes walking distance from La Pelosa beach. Kitchen is very well equipped. The staff is very helpfull. Parking slot close to the rooms. Beds are soft but comfortable.

Our first room was very noisy (as the two apartments had a mutual wood door and literally we could hear every word) when someone was moving in to the next apartment. Then we asked for a new room (staff was very helpful from the beginning), that room was very nice and quiet. The room’s curtains are white, so the rooms were never completly dark. The aircon was loud sometimes and it didn’t work well in the living room.

L’appartement et ces terrasses sont vraiment biens. Bien situé près de la plage qui est splendide. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Dommage car la piscine extérieur n’est pas chauffée et donc froide pour un mois d’octobre. En cette période pour les temps pluvieux, il n’y a que 20 chaînes de télé en italien et allemand donc rien en français. Forte odeur d’égouts dans l’évier au moment de faire la vaisselle. Oui avions réservé pour des vélos mais aucun de disponible car tous en révision, dommage également. Aucun supermarché ouvert aux alentours, il nous a fallu aller dans la ville la plus proche plus de 20km.
