With family or friends, the Salagou lake offers an exceptional setting for a holiday combining relaxation, sport and discovery. You will enjoy modern comfort with a superb view of this lake with its many shades of blue, perfect for swimming, water sports and fishing. From the villa, you can explore this unique setting of red hills and volcanic or dolomite landscapes on foot or by mountain bike. An ideal playground for photography and nature lovers.

Fully air-conditioned villa of 140 m2 on a 1200 m2 wooded plot with panoramic views of the Salagou Lake.
On the first floor:
- spacious and bright living space consisting of three parts: a dining area with a table for 8 people, a living area with three large sofas (139 cm TV movable, on wheels) and an open kitchen with an island.
- WC with sink
- gym/laundry room with large washing machine and dryer.
- garage inaccessible to tenants except for the electrical panel
Upstairs:
- bedroom 1: extra-large king size bed 180x200 cm and en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and WC
- bedroom 2: large queen size bed 160x200 cm
- bedroom 3: large queen size bed 160x200 cm
- bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x200 cm
- bathroom with shower, single sink and WC
- sheets and towels provided
Outside:
- Mediterranean plant garden
- private parking for three vehicles
