About this villa rental
The villa is located in the heart of Canet, a charming village with all amenities, between Pézenas (the town of Molière and antique dealers) and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in France).
Conveniently located: 20 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the nearest beaches (Marseillan, Grau d’Agde, Cap d’Agde, Sète, Palavas-les-Flots…), and close to the inland region.
You can explore the region’s many attractions and varied landscapes: the Cirque de Navacelles, the Cirque de Moureze, Lake Salagou, the Devil’s Bridge, the Thau Lagoon, the Clamousse Cave… as well as the many nearby activities: tree-top adventure courses, canoeing, paintball, hiking, swimming in lakes or rivers, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, pump track, tennis...
The villa can accommodate 8 people; it is very pleasant, single-story, quiet, not overlooked by neighbors, recently built, air-conditioned, and decorated in a modern yet cozy style—the perfect place to relax after a day spent by the pool or out exploring.
The garden surrounding the house is tree-lined but allows you to enjoy the sun all day if you wish, and offers complete privacy.
The 6m x 3m pool is sure to delight young and old alike.
The shaded patio is perfect for meals with family or friends.

During the summer, we do not rent by the weekend but only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets are welcome (1 pet per stay), but they are not allowed on the sofas or beds.
A security deposit of 1,000 euros will be required upon your arrival in the form of a check, which we will return after the final inspection upon your departure.

We had an amazing stay. The house, the garden and the pool are incredible. As a family of 6 with small children there was not 1 thing we missed. The house is well equipped and super clean. The owners are very welcoming and super friendly. We would defenitly stay here again!

Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. I highly recommend it!
