About this house rental
Large mansion (18th - 19th century), 180m², completely renovated, located 5 minutes from Pézenas (tourist town that hosted Molière).
It can easily accommodate families and groups of friends with or without children.
The house is located in the heart of Adissan, a small village with shops.
Well located, it allows you to enjoy the beaches (less than 30 minutes from Vias Plage or Marseillan Plage), the hinterland with its rivers and the Salagou lake (20 min, nautical activities), near Saint Guilhen le Désert (classified in the most beautiful villages in France), the Canal du Midi, Béziers (20 min) and Montpellier (40 min).
The house can accommodate up to 12 people in its 4 large bedrooms. It has a powder room and a bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen and its large table allow good times shared.
The bright living room and the library, which gives access to the terrace, are ideal for relaxation.
Sheets are provided and installed, 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel for each person, tablecloths and tea towels provided. With basic grocery items available, the idea is to renew what you consume.
Ground floor :
• Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle),
• Large living room (TV, stereo and DVD player),
• Library (books available) or play and relaxation room,
• Bathroom and separate WC (washer / dryer, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner).
1st floor :
• 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 4 single beds (master bedroom with dressing room),
• Shower room with WC,
• Wooden baby cot available.
Exterior:
• 70m2 of terrace and small garden,
- Barbecue (BBQ), outdoor furniture
Children's park in the immediate vicinity.
Parking spaces available behind the house and public parking nearby.

Dès le départ, nous avions eu un coup de coeur pour cette location, qui s'est confirmé durant notre séjour. Belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très spacieuse, idéale pour notre groupe de 9 personnes. L'équipement au top que ce soit au niveau ménager ou mobilier. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et des conseils pour les visites. Un village très agréable, nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. Séjour réussi, merci aux propriétaires.
