About this house rental

On the outskirts of a small medieval village, in the heart of the vineyard, between the sea (20 m) and the river (5 m), this large, recently built country home—inspired by Les Baux-de-Provence—was constructed, combining modernity and functionality on a fenced-in lot of 900 m² (safe for your children). Located 2 km from high-quality shops and featuring a large, fully secure pool area (150 m² with a pool deck, covered patio, Weber barbecue), this property allows you to enjoy a wonderful, sun-filled vacation. (ping-pong table, solarium, fully equipped 30 m² kitchen, spacious interior areas). As of February 2018, our home features 4 brand-new bathrooms. Enjoy some relaxation under the midday sun.
For river enthusiasts, a water sports center is just 3 km away—Located on the banks of the Orb, Réals Canoé Kayak offers the chance to explore our beautiful valley by canoe or kayak. Lessons for all skill levels - Free parking - Picnic area - Picnic area with barbecue facilities -
Sheets are available for rent (20 euros per bed) with optional cleaning service (150 euros).
Sheets are provided for rentals of 15 days or more. We welcome you with exceptional wine from our own harvest... and for wine lovers, we offer wine testings at our family estate.

I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). The village is surrounded by vineyards and you can see Christine’s family vineyard from the house, highly recommend their vine, great rural views. The beaches are 30mins away, and not too crowded. All rooms on ground floor have Air Con and Air Con on first floor. Beautiful house, highly recommend and Christine is very attentive of you have any queries. In summary the house has all you need, it’s very high standard and has all you will need for a great holiday. It’s 5 star, you will not regret booking it 5 ⭐️

The villa is large with comfortable, modern furnishing and a large lounge area. The grounds are pretty and spacious. There are two very nice outside dining areas. The poolside furniture is plentiful and comfortable and benefits from a second kitchen area with fridge/freezer and barbecue. HOWEVER U.K. vistors be aware! Sheets, pillowcases, towels - bathroom, poolside or dishtowels - are not provided. This was not mentioned in the villa description. Carrying household linen will make quite a dent in your luggage allowance. There are only two A/C units. One is in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the other is in the upstairs hallway and serves the three bedrooms off. This means that bedroom doors must be left open to benefit from it. Cleaning is not included in the rental cost. We hired a local lady reccommended by the owners.
