About this villa rental
LUXURIOUS VILLA "VIEW AND VINEYARDS" for 8 people and its small house for 2 people (or 4 teenagers).
; Ideal for 2 or 3 families. Land of 7,000 m2.
MAGNIFICENT UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW; vineyards, pine forests and the scrubland of the Midi.
In the middle of nature. Tranquility and absolute calm! NOT OVERLOOKED.
BETWEEN SEA AND MOUNTAINS. NATURE AND CULTURE.
Very beautiful region of impressive Cathar Castles,
Carcassonne (30km), Narbonne (30km),
Canal du Midi (12km, boat and bike),
Olive oil museum in Bizes.
Dolmen of Fades: one of the oldest in France at 7km.
400 m from the Curiosity: an optical illusion: we think the road goes up but it goes down. (also fun for children a bottle of water goes up by itself...).
Wine testings in beautiful wine estates.
Canoeing and kayaking on the river Orb.
Pedal boat on Lake Youares (8km).
Beautiful walks around and hikes.; books on site.
Markets under the plane trees with local specialties of the producers (Olonzac, 10 km). In the small restaurants you also eat very well and the farm inns are unforgettable.

Beautiful PRIVATE POOL (10m x 5m with protective barrier, Roman steps entrance) with pool toys (chips, inflatable games). 10 deckchairs. Shower outside.

AIR-CONDITIONED VILLA with beautiful new services (electric shutters on the first floor, etc)
The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (8 people): on the first floor 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a beautiful bathtub. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with a bathroom.
Well equipped open kitchen with a large fridge-freezer. 3 coffee makers (Classic, Senseo, Nespresso) and a table of 3m60 to enjoy eating together.
Coming out of the kitchen a large covered terrace with a 4m table! and a barbecue and gas plancha (Campingaz).
Coming out of the living room another terrace with 2 picnic tables and still exceptional views under the umbrella pine.
Complete equipment for baby: a travel cot (Aubert), changing table, high chair, bath, stroller, potty, booster seat etc.
The AIR-CONDITIONED MAISONETTE consists of a small bedroom (2 single beds) and a mezzannine with a sofa bed (2 p), 1 bathroom and a small kitchen.
Next to the swimming pool and 15m from the villa, the maisonette is well appreciated by teenagers.
Towels, beach towels and bed linen and beds made on request for 28 euros per person. And beds made.
Dish towels and household products available.
40-page tourist guide written by the owner (sports and cultural activities) for a successful holiday.
Outside July and August it is possible to rent only the villa for 8 people: see the price displayed. If you wish to rent the maisonette for 4 more people, it is possible for 180 euros per week. Under no circumstances will the maisonette be rented to other people to respect your tranquility.
Other possibility; rental for a minimum of 3 nights outside July and August; ask for the quote.
