About this house rental
Rates given for 8 - 10 people. Up to 20 people possible by adding one or more of the other houses - please ask for a quote (between 400 - 900 Euro per house extra, according to season).
Ideal for those who look for peace and seclusion on holiday: renovated farmhouse with 3 cottages (150 - 240 sqm) of which "Maison Syrah" is the biggest, ideal for families and groups. Surrounded by 40 ha of fields and forests and with view to Pyrenees. Well-equipped kitchen, large living room and each bedroom with bathroom en suite. Terrace with garden furniture.
Very quiet but yet close to village with all amenities.
You can make magnificent walks here and enjoy the unspoilt nature or explore the surroundings on a mountain-bike (bike hire on request). You can fresh up in the pool (round, 6m diam.) or go to the nearby Lake Montbel or Lake the Puivert, where you can surf, sail or hire a pedalo. In Chalabre, only a 10 minutes drive away, you will find shops, a supermarket, a bank and restaurants.
Supermarket also in lovely medieval Mirepoix, just 20 minutes away, or in Limoux with its cosy market place (restaurants, café's and shops)
At the end of the rental period the tenant should yield up the premises to the landlord in a flawless and clean condition, according to a checklist that will be handed out on arrival. However, a cleaning service is at his disposal (90 €/house)
Electricity will be charged according to meter readings (0,25 €/kWh)

Superbe séjour entre amis. Le gîte sera un régal pour ceux qui aiment la nature. Vue magnifique. Super équipement. Chambres spacieuses avec SDB.
Seul bémol est la distance aux 1ères commodités, 15 à 25 min pr supermarchés et environs 25 minutes pr les 1ères attractivités comme le lac de Montbel

Pasamos una Semana Santa Perfecta. La casa es muy cómoda. Estuvimos en la más grande que tiene una zona común amplísima y espectacular.
Las habitaciones son más sencillas pero correctas y las camas muy cómodas. Los alrededores son grandiosos. Reina el silencio y la paz. Si podemos, volveremos.

Es un lugar maravilloso lleno de comodidades y con unas vistas mindfulness. Recomendable para cualquier escapada.
