Located in the heart of the Hérault valley between land and sea, come and discover this freshly renovated villa and its private lake.
You will be located 1.5 km from the town centre of Gignac and the A75 access for your outings
Intermarché and bakery are 800m away.
For sleeping you will have three bedrooms and a mezzaninne equipped with ducted air conditioning

More Down on the land protected by a gate you will have access to a private pond with canoe and pontoon allowing fishing (in no kill only)
