The location in Paisley was good close by the bus into Glasgow and near the Abbey. We ate at Pendulum twice which is around the corner and it was great. The size of the apartment was great as was the washing machine.
We didn’t like the shower because of its lack of pressure and unpredictable. We didn’t like the three levels of stairs to the appartment even though it had been referred to in the description of the property. The actual address is 20 Smithhills Street in Paisley which is above the Old Swan Pub. The instructions to get to the property weren’t really clear. The pub wasn’t a problem.

Could not be closer to the train station (there was some vibrations from the train sometimes-not bothersome once you know it's not an earthquake!).
Shopping in the mall across the street was nice.
Italian restaurant around the corner (very good and quick service), Lidl just a bit farther away in the opposite direction. We needed a storage unit so rented from Storage Vault 15 minute walk away.
Apartment suited with all that you need. Loved the opportunity to wash our clothes and lots of drying racks available.
The owner (Clare) was very responsive and appreciated the feedback as I found some tiny issues I wanted her to be aware of.
The apartments have been fully remodeled and are modern, clean and lovely.
Super easy check-in. Clare sends you a note with the code/instructions and you pop right in with no issues.
There is a bar downstairs and this is fully disclosed. As long as you don't go to bed before 10 it is not a problem. We stayed there twice, the first time on the weekend and the second time Mon/Tues. The latter was very quiet, weekends more lively but quiets right down at 10pm.
There is parking available but it is very limited, not dedicated, and is on the street behind the apartment. We only had a car for 1.5 days so it was not an issue for us but otherwise you may need to just plan to park in the car park.
The stairs to the top floor was a killer after the WHW as we were worn out but it's good for us. Be mindful of this if you have heavy luggage to carry up or have mobility issues. Units 5 & 6 are on the 3rd floor, units 3 & 4 on the second, and 1 & 2 on the first.
