乳児が2人いたのですが、清潔な寝具・ベビーベッド、食事用チェアなど用意してくださりとても助かりました 建物や設備、家具やベッド、家電、食器類に至るまでとてもオシャレで素敵でした。 旅館やホテルとは違う非日常を体験できました。
家電類の使い方に少し戸惑ったので簡単な取説が欲しかったです（どこかにあったのかもしれませんが…）

鍵が分かりやすい。 設備が整っている。洗濯機、乾燥機のフィルターも掃除されていた。 おしゃれな内装。
少し場所が分かりづらい。 キッチンに台拭き、洗面所にタオル掛けがあるともっと便利。

施設は綺麗でした
排水溝が髪の毛詰まってて水が流れずこちらが処理した、エアコンのリモコンのスイッチの電池切れ、プロジェクターもつかない、リビングの炎？が出るテーブルについての説明書がなくつくのかもわからない、、、など管理が怠ってるところが多く設備は綺麗なのに嫌な気持ちになるところが多かったです
