Very functional apartment and in a quiet location in Trastevere. Easily walkable to city. Very safe area in a building complex. Lot of sunlight in room which was nice. Overall felt homely. Host was awesome and helped to resolve any issue. Washer/Dryer was super useful.
The tiles in bathroom required a deeper cleaning to make it spotless. Location of Trastevere will be good for many families with lot of dining options which also helped us in couple of evenings. But we may have overall preferred newer and more modern construction like in Vatican area.

Fantastic location, clean apartment, everything you need for a family stay to prepare meals as well as restaurants nearby. Shutters to keep apartment cool during the day and to block out the light when sleeping. Took the tram to the colosseum, took the bus to the Vatican and walked everywhere else. The host was super helpful - someone to meet us at the gates on arrival, quick responses to a couple of questions we had like how to connect to wifi.
