Well set up, fantastic location (short stroll to Salamanca, pick up point for tours was very close, not too busy or noisy.

Gibson Mill Apartments is a great location close to the wharf precinct and Salamanca markets and within easy walking distance of the CBD. It is located on a quieter street and we had no problems with short term parking for drop off and paick up, or with traffic. Good eating and coffee shops nearby.
Some minor maintenance items could be improved, such as a shower tap handle that fell off.
One of the cooking pots had not been cleaned properly, and this was reported to the apartment managers but without a response.
Providing black tea as well as green tea bags would be appreciated.

Location is great
Bare minimum, tired, with nothing more than the bare minimum of anything. Depressingly dark and dingy.
