very comfortable large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge comfortable bed and pillows, washer and dryer, iron and good kitchen tools etc. The location is exceptional and the conversion from bond store to apartments has been clever and stylish
generally great except for a few things and little to knock. The cleaners have let down the owners due to dirty grouting in shower, no shampoo, lack of tea bag variety, no tissues. No smart TV. One really annoying thing was a super heavy tenant on the second floor who thumped about every evening until around 1.30am that room upstairs needs cushioning rugs.

Space and location and few pantry items
Lighting, cleanliness, noise factor i.e. foot traffic from above apartment & music from nearby venues, lack of instructions re use of hot plate, no adequate bread knife,
Television set needs upgrading.

This was a spacious, clean, well equipped unit. The staff was responsive to questions. The location was perfect, close to shopping, tours and restaurants.
