We had a great stay here and would happily return. The location is outstanding — central and within easy walking distance to our conference venue, the markets, restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to do in Hobart. The apartment was very clean and much more spacious than expected, with two good‑sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living area. The kitchen was well equipped (including a dishwasher), and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Beds were comfortable, and the lift access to the third floor made things easy. Parking is tight, as noted in the listing, but our Yaris Cross SUV fit without any issues. The apartment was mostly very quiet with no traffic noise. On Friday and Saturday nights we could hear music from a nearby pub, but it finished before midnight and didn’t impact our stay. Overall, a clean, well‑located, and comfortable apartment — highly recommend.

The room could use an upgrade to a smart TV, but this is not a deal breaker.

This apartment is in an excellent location close to Constitution Dock, restaurants and cafe's. An easy walk to a shopping center for picking up food items.

Access to the garage is a bit difficult, especially in peak hour traffic. It would be advantageous to have a wall clock. No selection of black tea was available.
