У меня был очень плохой опыт проживания в этом отеле. И все из-за обсолютно некомпетентных и необразованых работников рецепшина, которые запустили домино проблем начиная с моего появления там. Но рыба гниет с головы. В итоге меня выселили, под ложным предлогом, а деньги за 2 ночи в комнате делюкс не вернули. Помните, если вы не терпила- то и с вами такое может случится, вас могут оклеветать и выгнать, и Агода никак вам не поможет. Сам отель низкого уровня. Чёрная плесень в ванной комнате. В комнатах либо душ либо ванна, нужно быть осторожным выбираясь из этой ванной так как нет никакой шторки и вода попадает на пол. Не рекомендую пожилым людям.

Ignorant staff and management. Be aware of black mold in the rooms! Loud AC. Dark rooms. No kettle, no cofee or tea. It took a lot of effort to get a fridge into my Superior room— and eventually had to carry it there myself with the help of a cleaner while the receptionist simply ignored me! Despite having a sign on the table listing the items in the room and the charges for anything that might be lost — with one glass listed as costing 50 baht — there was not a single glass in my room. I was actually worried that I might be charged for one when I checked out. The fact that a guest can feel worried about being unfairly charged says a lot about the level of trust and security at this hotel. So, my advice: check all the items listed in your room when you check in. Also when I checked into my room, I noticed a smell coming from the bathroom bin. When I opened it, I found used sanitary pads inside 🤢. After having all my requests ignored, I realized there was no point in asking for anything anymore, and it was better to save my nerves and time and simply change the bin bag myself... And looots of issues that required me to spend at least an hour at the reception every day, made even more difficult by the fact that the staff did not speak any English. I do not recommend staying at this place. If you can afford to spend a little more, I would recommend choosing a better, safer, and cleaner place instead.

Old, mouldy, dark, and dirty rooms. When I arrived, I asked to change my room because the one assigned to me was extremely dirty. Since a refund was apparently not possible due to the booking being made through the app, they offered me another room in a nearby hotel operated by the same company. Unfortunately, the replacement room was just as disappointing, but I had no choice but to accept it given the circumstances. The staff were nice, but the condition of the building and the standard of cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The room door also had a large gap underneath it. There are ants everywhere, as well as mosquitoes. Absolutely not worth the price. I strongly recommend considering other options.
