No kettle that’s about it! Sold as balcony but it was like a phone box size not complaining though as so cheap

amazing staff - carried our bags to the room for us which was very kind! very attentive, providing us with cutlery and bowls to eat our food with! great, clean room - very comfortable. perfect location for our flight out of chiang mai the next day

Friendly staff.
They said they upgraded my room but the room I received compared to the one in my booking image was not great. The music from the reception below played through my floor until the early am and my air con unit made an awful rattling noise.
