The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a prompt communication with the staff and we have received clear instructions for the check in. We appreciated the experience to taste sweets offerred by hotel chain.
There is dump on two walls in the room and the bathroom looked a little outdated. We had the room near the entrance of the building and it was noisy heard every time somebody used the door.

La ubicación es excelente, a dos minutos, literal, de los embarcaderos del vaporetto. Y a diez minutos de la plaza san Marco. Superlimpio y, además tienen una máquina de agua filtrada en las zonas comunes para tener siempre agua fría. Es un gran detalle tener en cuenta dado las temperaturas que se manejan en verano en Venecia. La cama muy grande y cómoda y con diversas almohadas. Muy recomendable y bastante probable que volvamos.

La cercanía para el transporte acuático hacia el aeropuerto, la tranquilidad y tener donde calentar comida o bebida y tener agua para rellenar las botellas en la pequeña sala común.
La pared tenía marcas de humedad y la parte de atrás de la cama estaba desconchada y daba la sensación de sucio a parte de ver marcas de insectos muertoa en paredes y techo aunque en general estaba bien y la habitación olía bien, no olía a humedad a pesar de lo de la pared.
