The adjacent dining area seats six and is surrounded by large windows framing stunning water views. The living room is bright and comfortable, with a smart TV and oversized sliding glass doors that lead to the screened lanai—your front-row seat to the ever-changing beauty of the Gulf, with dolphins, shorebirds, and manatees often passing by. The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and private access to a large deck overlooking the water. Per the condo association no more than two vehicles, including golf carts, are permitted per rental property. Once designated spot and one unmarked spot under the building. Other vehicles will need to be parked outside the complex, outside the guard gate of the resort.
