About this house rental
Located in Captiva Village, this charming home is central to all Captiva has to offer. This pool home has gone under an extensive remodel with a new kitchen, new flooring, new bathrooms, new furnishings, and much more! Walk into the main level of this home and notice the newly opened kitchen with quartz countertops, open shelves, beautiful light fixtures, and a large sink. The large breakfast bar is perfect for relaxing, talking, eating, and helping with meal preparation. Additional seating at the dining table with modern chairs and a large rug. The open living room features comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV to watch your favorite movies. Off the living room is a sunroom great for beach towels, shoes, or enjoying the warm sun. This room opens to a large deck with a gas grill, an outdoor table for dining al fresco, and sun loungers. The primary suite has a comfy king bed, a reading nook that opens to the deck, and an updated bathroom with a shiplap, a tiled shower, and a beautiful vanity. The guest bunk room is perfect for family and friends with two twin bunk beds. The other guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed and flat-screen television. Both bedrooms share an updated bathroom. The lower level has been transformed into the perfect spot for an extended family with a sitting area, flat screen television, a queen bedroom, and one bathroom. Double doors open to the pool deck with additional seating.

Great location, plenty of space for our group.

Wonderful house. Had a small issue that property management dealt with immediately. The location is PERFECT. Walk to restaurants and beaches. Wish I owned this place! Pool was refreshing. Easy to keep sand out of house with outdoor shower and hose on front of house. Nice kitchen and family space. You won’t be disappointed.
