Hospitalidade e educação dos funcionários. Acesso fácil e vaga para estacionamento.
No banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento no box que acabava deixando o piso todo molhado após os banhos. Os travesseiros podiam ser mais confortáveis.

eu queria descansar em um lugar calmo e consegui.
houve uma tempestade e toda a cidade ficou sem energia elétrica a partir das 17h. faltar energia elétrica é normal, mas a pousada não ter luz de emergência é uma vergonha. o frigobar descongelou e molhou o piso. após umas horas, por volta das 19h talvez, alguém conseguiu carregar uma bateria e oferecer a luz de emergência, mas isso apenas por um par de horas.
