We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment. The location is excellent, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment felt cozy and well equipped. The manager was extremely kind, welcoming and always available if needed. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
Honestly, everything was very good and we were satisfied with our stay. Nothing major to complain about.

Appartement calme et très bien situé
Le propriétaire demande frais de ménage et caution et liquide après avoir réservé … cela n’était pas stipulé dans l’annonce. Il ne faut pas payer.
Changement de l’annonce après réservation : il devait y avoir une place de parking qui a été supprimée ensuite .
Départ et arrivée pas autonome c’est un peu chiant

The apartment was in a great location, very central to old town and short walk to beach. Bed was comfortable and little kitchen well equipped.
The shower was in disrepair and the screen was broken. This had been mentioned by the previous occupant in their review. We were accused of breaking it during our stay which wasn't the case, and was upsetting. We should have photographed and reported it on arrival.

In una posizione molto buona per raggiungere il centro storico di Menton, la spiaggia e anche la stazione. Ascensore presente e bagno con bidet.
L'host non parla altre lingue oltre il francese (nemmeno un po' d'inglese) e nemmeno la persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, quindi si fatica a interagire. Il giorno del checkout (previsto alle 10:00), alle 10:05 mi ha chiamato urlando e intimandomi di uscire dalla casa altrimenti mi avrebbe caricato un altro giorno. Maniere davvero poco gentili. La casa non era molto pulita, oggetti polverosi e balcone sporco. I cuscini del letto praticamente inesistenti. Rapporto qualità prezzo negativo.
