Résidence Royal Plaza Menton

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment. The location is excellent, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment felt cozy and well equipped. The manager was extremely kind, welcoming and always available if needed. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Honestly, everything was very good and we were satisfied with our stay. Nothing major to complain about.

Appartement calme et très bien situé

Le propriétaire demande frais de ménage et caution et liquide après avoir réservé … cela n’était pas stipulé dans l’annonce. Il ne faut pas payer. Changement de l’annonce après réservation : il devait y avoir une place de parking qui a été supprimée ensuite . Départ et arrivée pas autonome c’est un peu chiant

The apartment was in a great location, very central to old town and short walk to beach. Bed was comfortable and little kitchen well equipped.

The shower was in disrepair and the screen was broken. This had been mentioned by the previous occupant in their review. We were accused of breaking it during our stay which wasn't the case, and was upsetting. We should have photographed and reported it on arrival.

Location and parking and a good washing machine.

Air con did not work when we arrived and the property representative couldn’t get the venting to fit and make it usable. It was 31deg and that’s a basic and we booked it because it advertised as AC. Property is overall shabby and was not that clean. Bedding was ripped and stained. The fridge was dirty and freezer section was iced up and yucky. Oven had not been cleaned. The property is over priced for the standard presented. Communication with owner is hard due to language and caused us stress even though when we arrived on time as booked.
