De passage pour deux nuits, 2 couples nous avons apprécié la facilité de Check-in, l’emplacement de l’appartement et son calme. 3 chambres, 2 avec un lit double et 1 chambre avec un lit simple. Lorsque nous avons eu des questions la conciergerie a été très réactive
Alors pour les équipements à noter que pour un appartement neuf vous ne trouverez pas de cafetière, de grille pain, de micro-ondes il y aura une petite bouilloire d’un demi-litre pour un appartement où l’on peut séjourner à 5 … quand aux chambres vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir vos valises tant elles sont étroites . Il n’y a pas d’armoires et pas de lampe de chevet elles sont toutes HS … d’où ma mauvaise note.

Location was great. Property was clean and as pictured.
We arrived in town 7 hours before checkin. Management company mistakenly sent us to the wrong address (another istay property) to store our luggage. We paid $70 round trip to take us to the storage place. Then management company suggested we take a bus to go retrieve our luggage. After politely insisting they deliver it for us, they allowed us to check in one hour early (waiving the $10 per hour early fee penalty) to make up for the inconvenience. Overall disappointed with the management company, but the condo was lovely and in the perfect location.
