Netjes ingerichte studio met goed bed, heerlijke douche en prima WiFi. Auto gratis op eigen terrein parkeren. Centrum letterlijk om de hoek.

Studio was vrij warm. Ondanks lage buitentemperatuur kregen we het binnen niet koeler. Ramen konden maar heel klein beetje open.

Die Lage des Apartments könnte nicht besser sein, es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuss von der Fussgängerzone entfernt und dennoch ruhig. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, was sehr komfortabel ist. Das Apartment selbst ist klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Ingrid war super freundlich, sie hat jederzeit schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Apartment oder ein anderes Apartment im selben Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Check-in und Zugang zum Haus war sehr unkompliziert.

Die Ausstattung des Apartment könnte etwas besser sein, in der Küche gab es wenig Besteck, die Wohnung verfügt über wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es gibt bspw keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine offene Kleiderstange im Flur. Wir hatten das Apartment für 3 Personen gebucht, leider gab es nur 2 Stühle am Esstisch. Abhilfe wurde umgehend versprochen und traf nach 3 Tagen ein.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Here is an honest feedback: Location: It is situated right at the city center that makes it really convenient to go out for a quick walk near the waters or for a meal at a nice restaurant. It also makes it convenient to go for the tours, as the pick-up and drop points are just at a 2-3 minute walk. One can quickly go to the convenience stores nearby to grab the essentials. Ameneties: The interiors of the apartment was well-lit and well-decorated with all the necessary furniture, fully equipped with all the kitchen materials. One does not need to bring anything apart from their clothes to enjoy the stay. Price: Absolutely value-for-money with respect to the ameneties provided, the locality of the property and the convenience pertaining to the availability of resources. Support from the host: Right from the time we booked our stay till the time we checked-out from the property, our host Ingrid had been very responsive and she guided us through to ensure we have a smooth check-in experience, a pleasant stay at the property and a seamless check-out. During our stay, Ingrid and her team have been very helpful in addressing the minor concerns and resolving them swiftly. Feedback for the host: We sincerely thank Ingrid and her team, and encourage them to keep up the good work. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and would also reconsider our stay here in the future. :)

It is not something that we did not like, but we felt this can be improved, hence suggesting - A number lock is a bit unsafe as the people standing behind might be able to see it. Instead, a proximity card-based lock is more secure and can be adapted for the property. Thanks! :)

El trato con Ingrid fue perfecto desde el ppio. Nos aconsejo sobre Tromso e incluso nos busco un tour. El apartamento esta limpio y nuevo y es mas espacioso de lo que parece en fotos. Esta en el centro de Tromso y llega el autobus drl aeropuerto al lado. La cama es comodisima y el piso esta siempre calentito. Sin duda volveria a elegir este apartamento si volviese a Tromso y lo recomendare a todos mis amigos!

La hora del check in es un poco tarde y no puedes dejar las maletas antes del check in y despues del check out pero aun asi volveria a elegirlo.
