The fenced dog area makes it easy for your four-legged companions to enjoy the mountain air too.
Inside, the home’s open layout creates a warm, welcoming space for gathering. The living room features comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove, creating a cozy mountain lodge atmosphere on cool evenings. Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7 (including kids and a dog). It was fully stocked with ALL necessities and much more. Although it is a pet friendly home, there was no pet odor. We loved the view. If you book with them, try the Sagebrush BBQ & Grill! We will be staying again!!

This was one of the better vacation rental homes we’ve stayed in! The house is very well appointed and comfortable and we settled right in for a long weekend. The kitchen has everything needed to easily cook meals. The living room is cozy. The beds are soft. It’s pet friendly but doesn’t smell like dogs which was awesome! It’s very close to a marina to rent boats and explore the lakes. The drive into Grand Lake Village is quick, and what a fun place to walk around! The weather was quite comfortable when we were there so the fans were sufficient for cooling. You can hear the road noise when the windows are open but we got used to it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time the Home was beautiful and comfortable we had everything we needed and that was described for amenities except for the Barbacue Grill unfortunately due to maintenance issues we were unable to use however we were still very satisfied with everything else and plan on future visit

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful with amazing views of the lake and mountains! Adored the back deck with comfortable furniture. Great location! We loved the fenced in area for our dogs. The house had so many wonderful features and was so nicely decorated! A bonus was we could see the 4th of July fireworks from the deck! We’d stay here again for sure!
