Built in 2024, this new 5-star villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the pigeon islets of the famous Cousteau reserve classified as a National Park of Guadeloupe.
You can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace, but also from the roof top (a roof terrace) of 25 m2.
It will offer you standing and comfort thanks to its neat decoration, its quality equipment and a personalized service.
The villa offers PRM (person with reduced mobility) access with an entrance without stairs as well as a bedroom and a bathroom adapted to wheelchairs.

This villa is ideally located:
about 10 minutes drive from Malendure beach where you will access the Cousteau Reserve, where you can meet sea turtles and enjoy various Water and land activities: kayaking, glass-bottom boating, scuba diving, hiking, canyoning... Being 35 minutes from Deshaies, 40 minutes from the villa of Basse-Terre and 45 minutes from Grande Terre, you can easily get around the island.
5 minutes by car you will also have restaurants as well as shops to do your shopping: bakery, Leader, Carrefour market, butcher...

When you arrive, you can park your vehicles in a space that can accommodate up to 3 cars.
After passing through the front door, you access a modern and very well equipped kitchen, which in turn opens onto a comfortable living room with a TV or the terrace where you can enjoy your meals with this magnificent view.
A few steps away, on the right 2 sunbeds to rest and the salt pool to cool off.
On this same level, 2 bedrooms of almost 12 m2 with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One has a toilet in the bathroom, the other a separate toilet.
One of these rooms with its bathroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility: in the bedroom as well as in the bathroom near the shower and toilet, the armchair will be able to move around properly. A folding grab bar is located near the toilet and a shower seat will be installed for ease. For movement between floors, a lift will be available for people who need it.
Going down the stairs to the side of the villa, a 17 m2 bedroom with 2 single beds, but which can be installed as a large double bed, awaits you. You will also have a fan in this room.
If a 7th person and/or an 8th person wishes to spend a pleasant stay in this villa, it is possible since we can also install one or two extra beds.
This room also has its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
All rooms have quality bedding as well as mosquito nets and air conditioning.
Right next to it, a room dedicated to the laundry room. it is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
Upstairs, a small living room with a television and board games as well as the roof top for an aperitif at sunset.
If baby also wants to be on the trip, we can provide you with a travel cot with mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet and mosquito net as well as a high chair.
In case of a water cut, rest assured, an emergency tank will allow you to continue to enjoy your stay in peace.
For your comfort, we have planned your arrival: shower gel/shapmoing, to take a good shower on your arrival, toilet paper, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as tea, coffee, sugar, bottle of water, new sponge, dishwashing liquid and of course the planter!
