About this house rental
Beautiful brand new house nicely decorated with a magnificent view of the Pigeon islet and its famous Cousteau reserve. Located on a plot of two villas on the heights of Bouillante, you will benefit from a private swimming pool and a barbecue area. If you are a nature lover, diving, snorkeling or kayaking, you have found the ideal place. Drinking an aperitif on the terrace at sunset is a pure moment of happiness.
Our villa has two bedrooms with double beds, with a shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with a large dressing room. There is also an air-conditioned mezzanine (operating from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and equipped with a mobile fan per bed to accommodate 4 children (1 double bed + 2 single beds). Our villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fridge-freezer. Bed linen and towels included. Alarm with a tenant code.
You have access to the entire villa. The garden is shared with our second unit. The row houses a pergola so that you can have lunch outside even if it rains.
The villa is self-sufficient in drinking water thanks to a buffer tank for EP storage giving it an autonomy of 24-48 hours.
Parties are forbidden in our house and the villa is not suitable for children who do not know how to swim even if the pool is equipped with an alarm. The openings are roller shutters that open onto the terrace.
Laurent, our on-site steward is at your disposal if you want to benefit from concierge services or if you have the slightest concern. It is with him that you organize your arrival, your check-in on site.
A guide awaits you on site with all our favorite activities, our good addresses and explanations on how the house works. In addition, if you want to enjoy a dinner or breakfast on your arrival, we can order it for you. A cleaning lady can also be booked during your stay.
When you book a week or more, weekly cleaning is included in the price as well as a change of bed linen and towels, if you do not request. In addition, if you want additional information to organize your trip (rental car, island visits etc...), we can set up a telephone appointment to help you.
