Welcome to Bouillante, on the leeward coast of Guadeloupe, just 5 minutes from the famous Malendure beach and the Cousteau reserve.
You will also stay close to the most beautiful natural sites of the island: the Parc de la Source 2 minutes, the hot baths, the Parc des Mamelles 20 minutes away, the beaches of Deshaies 50 minutes away, as well as the airport and La Soufrière accessible about 1 hour away.
Open since May 2025, the Maison du Jardin d'Agatine, has been entirely designed to offer a stay experience combining comfort, space, privacy and serenity. Each space has been thought out down to the smallest detail in order to welcome you in a calm and warm environment.

Fully equipped to new conditions, Bougainvillea can comfortably accommodate up to 12 travellers. Facing south/southwest, the accommodation enjoys a soothing view of the tropical forest, the Caribbean Sea and the Pigeon Islets.
With an area of 171 m², this cottage occupies the entire garden level of a villa composed of two independent accommodations: Canopy and Bougainvillea.
You can enjoy two large covered terraces, a catamaran-style suspended net and spaces open to the surrounding nature.
- Private swimming pool with sea view
Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the 13 m² private pool on stilts invites you to relax in an intimate and exotic setting. Secured by an alarm, it offers a view of the Caribbean Sea.
- 4 air-conditioned suites with private bathrooms
The sleeping area includes 4 fully air-conditioned suites, equipped with new top-of-the-range bedding with mattress toppers for optimal comfort.
Each suite has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, private toilet and functional storage space.
- Suite 1: with a surface area of 18.21 m², it includes a double bed of 160x200, a bathroom WC of 5.32m² with window. It is south-facing and benefits from the shade of the vegetation.
- Suite 2: with a surface area of 24.32m², it includes a double bed of 160x200, a bathroom of 3.77m² and the separate toilet. It is south-facing and benefits from the shade of the vegetation.
- The cabin suite: with a surface area of 36.85m²; it includes 2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200 arranged as a cabin with individual lighting and 2 beds in 90x200 that can be coupled to obtain a king size bed. A bathroom of 4.26m² and a separate toilet. Facing north, it has a private terrace of 7 m².
- Suite 4: with a surface area of 20.61m², it includes a double bed of 160x200, a bathroom WC of 7.43m² with window. It is south-west facing, with sea view, it overlooks the pool terraces.
Outdoor living spaces designed for sharing:
-> An outdoor and fully enclosed kitchen of 7 m². It is equipped with new appliances: American fridge, hob, dishwasher 24 covers, oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster, kettle and Delonghi Magnifica bean coffee machine, a gas plancha and also has sufficient storage for food.
It is accessible from the terrace of the living room and has 2 openings: one with a view of the dining area, the pool, and the sea, the second towards the lounge area.
-> The dining area accommodates up to 12 guests around a magnificent suar wood table, in a shaded area surrounded by vegetation. Open to the swimming pool, it offers a sea view.
Booster seats available for children free of charge on request.
-> The spacious and friendly outdoor lounge, facing South West, offers a cosy atmosphere with its hanging chairs and its unobstructed view of tropical nature and the sea.
->For unique moments of relaxation, also take advantage of a 6m² catamaran-type suspended net installed by the pool.

You have private access to the entire apartment on the first floor, the adjoining terraces and "your" swimming pool.
You have easy access to the house located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You have a flat parking lot in front of the house, it is common to the neighboring houses, you also have the possibility to park on the street. There is little traffic and the place is quiet and quiet. The only recommendation is to close the windows of the cars because of the rain.
- A preserved natural setting
Located in the immediate vicinity of the tropical forest, the accommodations are surrounded by typical Guadeloupe fauna and flora. You can hear the song of the little hyloid frogs on rainy evenings, a real sound signature of tropical nights.
A few simple gestures can preserve the comfort of the accommodation, in particular by keeping food in the spaces provided, by keeping the bin closed and inside; and by closing the shutters when you are away.

You will find halfway to Malendure beach, a small commercial area nearby with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, petrol pump, the town of Bouillante is very close, in addition to many restaurants, you will find caterers who deliver meals to your home
