About this villa rental
Relax in this quiet and elegant home.
This home is intended for vacation stays (children 8 years and older). We’d appreciate it if you could include a brief note about yourselves when booking (reason for your stay, family composition, etc.)...
Groups of young people, as well as noisy and disrespectful groups, are not permitted. Parties and other festive events are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. Respect for the property and the neighborhood is required.
The villa is nestled in lush tropical greenery with many birds, in a quiet setting with a west-facing view of the Caribbean Sea (perfect for sunsets).
La Vie là Ô Z’Antilles is a detached villa offering all the comforts of a fully renovated property with a spacious pool. The Caribbean Sea is just down the street; to reach the beach, take a stroll along the waterfront.
The villa consists of:
- Three bedrooms, two of which have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and the third has two 90x200 cm beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. A shower room with a double sink and a toilet. There is a second separate toilet.
- A large, well-ventilated terrace with a view of the Caribbean Sea, a dining area, patio furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor shower.
Outdoors, there are lounge chairs and a barbecue:
- A magnificent 1,200 m² garden completely surrounding the house and its uniquely shaped in-ground pool.
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a cooler for groceries.
- Washing machine.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Please note that the villa is not suitable for children, as there is a large rock embankment.
Your first breakfast is complimentary.

The house was gorgeous, decorated with taste, nested in a tropical garden. It was in a quiet place but at walking distance from a small convenient store and local restaurant. The sunset on the pool was heart breathing! Our hosts weren't on site but we had everything we needed for our stay. They left that great welcome basket with this delicious homemade planteur.
Overall, we had an amazing experience for our first stay in Guadeloupe and one reason was that house. We hope to come back to the island and stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at Jean-Charles and Marie-Line’s home for a week. Our friends, another couple, joined us for several days. The house was lovely, with a nice pool, outside area for eating and relaxing, mango and coconut trees, and a little finch named Didier who came for breakfast every morning! The view was beautiful and there was easy access to restaurants and beaches - walking or driving. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had supplies for cooking. We truly appreciated the coffee, homemade bread and mango jam that greeted us on arrival. We had a wonderful week in paradise and would come back again!

Une superbe adresse de charme à Bouillante, dans un cadre naturel, chaleureux et confortable. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions des hôtes, la piscine, la vue mer et la proximité des petits restaurants locaux.
