A beautiful new villa from October 2018 with views of the sea and Pigeon islets, located in a quiet and green residential area, 3 minutes by car from all shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from Malendure beach (Cousteau reserve).
Very pleasant with a spacious bright living room overlooking the swimming pool (protected by alarm), 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite with its shower room + wc, a large shower room with Italian shower and double sink, separate wc ,, fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with water and ice dispenser, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and capsules, kettle, toaster ...).
D a surface of 147 m2 plus 74 m2 of terrace with swimming pool, arranged on a garden of 1200m2 enclosed with gate.

This property is great for families with children. The outdoor space and the pool was much appreciated. We loved the open air, open concept living area, well equipped kitchen and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Daniel is an attentive host, very friendly and helpful. Close to grocery and markets. Perfect home base for seeing the sites in Bas Terre.

We had a great week in the Villa.
The Villa is perfect for a family of 6.
Leaving room and kitchen have a stunning sea view.
Check-in and check-out was very easy.
Host was always available when needed.
Close to the Cousteau reserve for diving and to some beautiful hikes but also to some superb cove to enjoy a swim.
A great stay overall, we will be back!

Excellent layout with the entertainment and dining spaces opened to the pool and the view of the ocean. Villa about 1 km up from the main road in a rural area secured by a wall/fence and electric gate. Very private without feeling closed in. The Villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The bedrooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable. The AC in each bedroom keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature at night. We were two couples for most of our 3-week stay and did not feel crowed. The sunsets are amazing - a different one each evening. Rest easy - the Villa will not disappoint. Staying in Sylvie`s Villa was enjoyable in every way. Beautiful house, well equipped. It has a nice private pool and we loved the view to the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, diving places and other activities are close by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This Villa is definitely recommended. Hosting was punctual and flexible.
