    It probably won't age well given the materials, but it looks good now. Shower has good pressure. Gym is okay, typical very limited as per usual for hotels. Breakfast, standard hotel affair. Bed harder than your punishment for a mad report card.

    The hotel looks and feels new inside out. The room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. The toilet and shower are so clean. Bed is very comfy. Location is very close to the tram and 20min walk to the old town or Kadriorg park. Staffs are polite and efficient.

    Even if the hotel was great during our stay, the fact that they gave my room to other guests and had no availability when we arrived left a very negative feeling to us! The room was prepaid and the explanation when we arrived is that unfortunately the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for us! Despite the fact that I had prepaid the room under no circumstances they should not give a room that we booked 2 months ago. The solution offered was to go to another hotel with my kid at 3 o'clock in the morning and separate us from the rest of the people that traveled with use since we were there as a Team for Robotics competition. The solution was given by our coach which was traveling without kids, and he moved to the other hotel offered so we can stay in this with the rest team members (parents and children). I consider this unacceptable and under no circumstances I would not visit this hotel again since they don't care about their customers.
