    So my flight was reschedule 2 times ☠️ and when i arrived at my 1st hotel, the check-in already close (around 11pm). I quickly went to the app and this hotel the 1st one was within my budget (of course 🥹) and book it right away. Arrived at the hotel around 11.40pm and the staff hotel was still there 😭🫂 i've nevwr felt so relieved! Best customer service when one of the staff help me to pay the grab driver when my qr had a problem. 🙏 Thank you naa will repeat this hotel for my next stay ✨️ The room is spacious af!!! I love the view YEAY!! I didnt take any photos of the room coz too exhausted 😮‍💨

    I had a wonderful stay at Palette Hi Hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, making it a great choice for backpackers and solo travelers. The bed was very comfortable, and the room came with a clean bathroom, a refrigerator, and regular housekeeping. The staff were kind, friendly, and always welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although it's about 30–45 minutes from central Bangkok, the comfort, cleanliness, and affordability make it well worth it. I'll definitely be back next year. See you again, Hi Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bangkok.

    This hotel is very good to stay, have a good room, big space. Close to everywhere. But I’m just wondering why the housekeeper never clean our room? Even we’re stay for 3 nights there. Even we have to ask for the toilet paper. But I saw the housekeeper cleaned the others room.
