    Great location & friendly helpful staff. There are so many food options if you like local street foods or can handle spice. Also, there's a lady selling great Thai coffee & Thai tea. Highly recommended!

    Nice pool Gym has adequate equipment + The staff are excellent. The pool and gym attendants take extra care of the level 5 facilities Free coffe, free ice, free water and free popcorn at the pool area. Excellent amenities. The rooms are large and clean. The tv has screen share. Local Thai food restaurants all around Shuttle bus to PhraRam9 Central & MRT. You are only 2 MRT stations from Sukhumvit 7/11 & Amazon coffee under the hotel building The only thing lacking is that there are no footpaths out on the street, but that is no fault of the hotel I've stayed here many times, sometimes for over a week. This hotel is great value

    Overall: 3/5 The hotel itself is lovely and looks exactly like the photos—spacious, clean, with great air conditioning and a nice pool. However, the poor management, rigid rules, and cold staff attitude significantly downgraded what should have been a relaxing stay. It feels like the hotel prioritizes its own processes over guest comfort. Pros: Property & Rooms: Clean, spacious, accurate to the online photos, and effective air conditioning. Amenities: The pool area is a highlight. Cons & Issues Experienced: Poor Communication: Pre-arrival emails regarding early check-in/late check-out only received automated replies. Getting actual answers required waiting until arrival, which made planning the day difficult. Inflexible & Unwelcoming Check-Out: Late check-outs are strictly paid-only. On top of that, expect a 15–20 minute wait just to get your deposit back after checking out. Don't leave at the last minute if you're rushing for a flight or tour. Overwhelming Rules: The room is littered with warning signs (e.g., cleanliness rules, warnings against hairspray on table surfaces, etc.), making it feel like you are trying not to inconvenience management rather than enjoying a holiday. Maintenance & Room Issues: Broken in-room phone (forced me to walk down to reception for every basic question, as housekeepers couldn't assist). Loose wall sockets that barely held adapters, leaving my phone uncharged unless constantly monitored. Service Attitude: To be fair, there was one staff member who was genuinely lovely and friendly. However, it only takes one cold interaction to sour the experience: the initial receptionist turned noticeably cold the moment I pointed out their brief answers weren't actually addressing my questions. Overall, a mildly dismissive tone ran throughout the stay. Final Verdict: It is a physically great hotel, but the "hotel-first, guest-second" mindset and cold service make me hesitant to return.
