    I have stayed here before love the view from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and warm. Tons of fun things to do in Bangkok!

    I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel, our room had an infestation of fleas and bed bugs on the wall. We asked for a change of room and this was also the same , the staff then offered us a third room and this was still the same. This is not a 4 star hotel and a danger to peoples health, with mould everywhere. I informed staff that we would not be staying here and would like a refund. They agreed to a refund when the agency I booked with contacts them and apologized. I did not get a refund as the staff in the hotel had ignored my request on behalf of the booking company. Do not stay here!!!
