Breakfast isnt included as this is a self catering property. We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The owner and caretaker were absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating,they even allowed us a late check‑out, which we truly appreciated.
The home was spotless, neat, and beautifully maintained. It’s also very spacious, making it perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay with family or friends.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well‑kept property. We will definitely be back!

location was great. The house was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. it was almost close to the beach and the view was nice.
The toast was not working, one of the chairs in the sitting room was broken and the curtain rail in our main bathroom was also broken

We had a wonderful weekend away. House was spotless clean, beds in each and every room were comfortable. Staff, Rose was very friendly and helpfull.
We would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Cleanliness and ample space.
Staff was inappropriate towards some guests - commenting on their race and weight - conversation was had , staff acknowledged and attempted to correct her behaviour.
