We'd stay here again!

Location is excellent - a little away from the bustle of the centre of the city (easy 10 mins bus). Fully furnished, comfy beds, clean, everything looks nice and new. Martina our host was just wonderful.

The best accommodation on our Italy trip

The location was fantastic for us. It was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, and also a 5-6 minute walk in the evening out to a nearby street full of restaurant and bar options. This was easily the best accommodation we stayed in across our trip to Italy. Very new and clean and large comfy beds. Also super quiet which is important to me for a good night's sleep.

Lovely apartment

Our stay in Florence was truly wonderful, and the apartment played a big part in making it so special. We highly recommend this place to everyone. The apartment is comfortable, beautiful, and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the historic city center. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, which makes getting around extremely easy. The apartment is spacious, and the four of us slept very comfortably. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated, and it is very quiet inside, which ensured a great rest after a day of sightseeing. Communication with the owner was excellent, she was very kind, helpful, and responsive. We’ll definitely come back during our next trip in Florence

Everything! Martina (the host) was amazing and helpful. She communicated throughout the whole stay and answered any questions promptly. There was even a sneaky welcome bottle of sparkling rosé. Room: We were extremely happy with the apartment. We had a 2 bed apartment and each room had its own bathroom to use with ample storage. The bathrooms were fully equipped with toiletries, hair dryer and even a straightener. There was also a washer dryer with detergent. The dryer actually dried your clothes which was a bonus! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The courtyard was a beautiful space, I wish we were able to go out and use it but it was a little to cold. The location was close a train station which is a 5 min train ride to SMN station. It was also within walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Although the apartment is on a main road, the apartment was very quiet.

The location is a good 20min walk to the centre. Not necessarily a bad thing for us because we enjoyed finding new places along the way. I think there is a tram close by but we never used it. I found the heating to be irregular. There were a lot of heating options in the apartment but waking up in the morning was a little on the cooler side. (Not uncomfortably cold but you could notice)

Such a pleasant stay

Very well decorated and comfortable apartment. Location is good. Walking distance to all the major attractions yet it is located in a quiet street. We like all the little touches in the apartment. The cooking salt , pepper, even salad dressing, olive oil. Very pleasant stay!

Marvellous appartement

Modern, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious apartment located withing walking distance to the city centre. Humangous beds with the most comfortable mattresses we ever encountered. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with big shower. Lovely host, very welcoming and flexible. I truly recommend. Staying in this appartement made our stay in Florence even more extraordinary.

Excellent! Marvellous! It feels like "home".

Martina was a super excellent host - joyful; welcoming and attentive to her guests' needs; responded very quickly to our questions. She personally welcomed us. There was a wine waiting for us as well as coffee and tea. The ambience of the house was perfect. After a day of visiting the museums - marvelling at the colorful and beautiful paintings, the interior design of the house provided a soothing and restful atmosphere. We also appreciated very much that it was possible to check-in an hour earlier. There was also a "booklet" of instruction and proposed itinerary. Very helpful and very practical. We were grateful that we can leave our luggages after we checked-out since our train was in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Perfect place at great price and close to everything.

Exactly as advertised. Perfect for 2 couples and located in a nice residential area but within a 20-minute walk of the main attractions. Martinia, the hostess, was exceptionally helpful when we encountered a transportation issue at the end of our stay.

Beautiful & immaculate apartment

The apartment is immaculate and very clean. We had a comfortable stay. There are plenty of parking on the streets with free parking on Sunday. The property is about 25 mins walk from Piazza del Duomo. Bus stop to most places is just across the street.

Fabulous stay in Florence

This was by far one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. What we loved was that it did not have the feel of your average apartment, but rather a 5star hotel: impeccably clean, fabulous decor, comfortable and luxurious bedding, the toiletries, everything! Location was just a 10 min walk from restaurants and cafés, and the bus station is just outside the building. We appreciated the flexibility Martina and her husband showed for check-in, thank you for that! We will be back soon:)

Amazing apartment at the heart of Florence

This was by far the best appartment we ever stayed, it goes beyond 10 points! Location is very good + parking right outside(paid). Super clean, very comfortable beds. Beautiful design. It just has everything you might need. Very easy check in and great communication with host.

new, modern, fully equipped apartment located in a beautiful restored building. check in was done smoothly and remotely. service was very attentive.

the apartment is a bit off the main center, it's about 30 min walk from the Duomo. we didn't mind but should be taken into account. public transportation is very near.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautifully designed, perfectly clean, and located just a short walk from the heart of Florence. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Clean and elegant. Nicely tucked away from the busyness but close enough to be near everything. Kitchen facilities were very important to us so had enough to go to the markets and make some beautiful meals back at the apartment.

Absolute choice in Florence if you travel with a car, the location is just outside ZTL

This is the BEST apartment in our entire trip. Convenient access to public transportation to Florence's historic areas, while you can park your car in a facility nearby (5 mins walk) at the price of 17.5 euros per night. We loved it! Highly recommended!

Maybe just a little bit of maintenance work: cracks of the kettle's handle (just some duct tape to prevent the edges from cutting fingers, the kettle works well); the hairdryer in the shared bathroom doesn't work (consider replace a new one)

Absolute jewel of an apartment for your Florentine adventure

This is a fabulous, absolutely fabulous apartment within easy walking distance of the centre of Beautiful Florence. From the high ceilings to the tasteful Florentine pistachio décor in the master bedroom this place exceeded every expectation. Air conditioned, brilliant location, there's a bus stop right outside the door that runs to the Station regularly if you don't fancy walking. Our host was fantastic, you get a full pack of suggested Itineraries of Florence, parking is available at a garage close by, superfast WiFi, its really, really clean. The photos on Booking.com don't do this place justice. We were travelling as a group of 3, spacious, cool, clean, tasteful accommodation that really makes you feel like you are living in Florence. Did I mention the value for money? We travelled in late July. I cannot believe we got this place at this price. Book it now. it's fabulous.

Nothing. This place is an absolute gem. If you want to use the local underground parking, which is extremely convenient, do *not* bring your Range Rover or your Audi E-Tron GT. Small and nimble is your friend here. Our rental was a VW T-ROC and it only just fit. A fiat 500 would be great.

The property was in a great location. The space was clean and felt safe. We were a group of 5 women. The host, Martina, was extremely helpful and available.It was a beautiful and modern space. We loved it! Oh, and the air conditioning was a life saver, as it was extremely hot during our stay.

The patio area was beautiful but we weren't able to enjoy it when we returned in the evenings from our various activities. The very first night we attempted to sit out a d share a bottle of wine and within 10 minutes we were actually "shushed" by a neighbor. We are very courteous and respectful people and we definitely were not being loud. It was a bummer. Also, the pullout bed in the living room definitely lacks privacy.
