The apartment is lovely and quiet. During the heatwave, the Air Conditioner worked excellent. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and pillow offerings. The Washer Dryer combo was easy to use and very much appreciated. Instructions on using everything were easy to understand. Communication with Martina was fast and clear. She was able to get a taxi for us when ours cancelled at the last minute and we were struggling to find a free one. The location is about a 15-20 min walk to the Duomo. Cold water, coffee and wine were left for us which was nice. When we left a scarf was left behind and the housekeeper notified us before we left the curb.

Nothing. Of the 12 accommodations we stayed in, this was the best and most comfortable overall.

Martina was a great host and very responsive and offered help. The place was very nice and met our expectations.

This was an absolutely fabulous apartment! It was exceptionally clean, large rooms, separate kitchen and living. Two generous sized bedrooms, one with ensuite, the other with central bathroom. Bonus was the laundry / washing machine (with detergents), and the dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment was a fabulous location, a 15 to 20 min walk to Duomo. We loved this apartment, it was exceptional. Great communications! Great value! We will be back for our next Florence trip. Note, we were two couples travelling, and had adequate space and privacy. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommend 👌

Property is very clean and new, pictures online are accurate to what you see. The location is good, short walk to the center and far enough away that it is not too loud. Martina is a great and helpful host, I would recommend a stay here.

It is a higher end apartment, hence the pricing is higher than some other accomodation around.
