This was a great, clean and spacious apartment. Very modern and secure and great facilities. Location was excellent with a 10 minute walk for the metro into the city, as well as shops, bakery, restaurants and takeaways all within easy walking distance.

Paris was really hot the days we stayed there. One fan did not work from the beginning. Another one broke down after using overnight :((.

Amazing place, specially if you are using public transportation!
Our stay at the "Modern apartment with terrace" was amazing!
Highlights were:
1—The accommodation was super close to two subway stations, one of which you could access both the RER c train line (yellow) and the 14 subway line (purple). With the cheapest ticket available, we could visit the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, the Louvre, and much more! It is also on the same line as the airport, amazing!
2- The apartment is 100% new, everything was super clean, and we had all the supplies we needed to cook, bath, and sleep.
3- There is a mini market in the corner where you will find anything you need! But also you can find a Burger King close by and lots of coffee shops

The building has a wheelchair lift at the entrance and an elevator to the apartment. The doors are wide and accessible. There are no accessible bars in the bathroom, but there is a bath with space to sit outside if needed.
Tips for next guests:
The stove is very technological, and the shower can be very different for folks coming from other countries. It took us a while to figure it out; maybe a post-it with instructions could help the next guests.

Disappointing Stay Despite a Spacious Apartment
While the apartment was spacious and modern, several issues severely impacted our stay. The sheets and towels had an unpleasant odor, and the pillows were oversized and extremely uncomfortable. The extendable couch was in unacceptable condition—the mattress was filthy, with visible stains and hair.
Basic amenities were extremely lacking. We arrived to find only half a roll of toilet paper and a small amount of hand soap, forcing us to purchase our own supplies for our five-day stay for three people. Additionally, there was no paper roll in the kitchen. The sponge for the dishes was dirty and smelled bad, and we ended up having to rewash all the cutlery and dishes ourselves. Although a dishwasher was available, no dishwasher capsules were provided.
The apartment carried an overall unpleasant smell. The floors were sticky and bore boot prints—likely left by a cleaner who didn’t remove their shoes. The heating system was another disappointment; the heaters were turned on but didn’t work properly, suggesting that the temperature was controlled by the owner in a non-functional manner.
Hygiene was also compromised, as there were no hand towels provided—meaning you had to dry your hands (or even more private areas) in an unsanitary way—and no foot towels were available either.
To make matters worse, when we raised these concerns, the property management was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting on numerous photos and lengthy explanations instead of addressing the problems promptly.
Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unresponsive management completely overshadowed the apartment’s positives. I would not recommend staying here.

Superb apartment
Hidden gen in still growing part of Paris. Quiet area.. This luxury apartament couldn't be better presented and decorated , size wise very spacious for Paris. Had 2 balcony on each side, open plan dining living room, all very nice including modern clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Overall great value for money. Good access to city centre, using 3 Metro stations nearby(10min walk each). Grocerie shop at the corner. Many thanks to Laurie for easy check in and out. She had done excellent job for looking after apartament during our stay. Couldn't recommend more.

Apartamento de lujo Moderno hermoso
Apartamento moderno, muy bonito, muy bien decorado, huele demasiado bien, el edificio muy buenas sus instalaciones lujoso, te sientes muy bien y a gusto. Cocina bien dotada, había café, té, sal, aceite, hornos modernos de última generación, terrazas bien decoradas.
Queda un Carrefour muy cerca.
La ubicación es un poco alejada de los sitios turísticos de París, queda a las afueras, aunque el transporte es bueno, estaciones de metro a 10 minutos caminando.

El departamento está súper equipado, es cómodo, limpio, tiene muchas cosas que son de gran ayuda. Además tiene una buena seguridad y el edificio y sus alrededores son como muy nuevos. Queda cercas un Carrefour así que fue de gran ayuda.
Todo fue muy bueno.
