Bijou in a great location
Poor response from staff when our plane was delayed by an hour and a half. When I kindly let them know we might be a little late due to circumstances beyond our control, we were told we would be charged €50. Thankfully we arrived at 21:59! Not acceptable, particularly as that message was delivered by WhatsApp and not within the booking. Com system

The property is was delightfully styled and a very comfy bed. Fantastic location with easy walking distance to main attractions. 4 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. A few bars, gelato, cafes and great Italian Sandwich shop just 50 metres away. A two minute walk to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are a must see. Loved it 😍
