Wors booking i have ever been.
The property was a mess. There were cockroaches all around the house, especially in the kitchen, and not cleaned at all. The hot water tank was leaking all the time and afraid to take a shower maybe you could get an electric shot. The towels were not clean, and they smell very bad. There were no blankets to prepare the sofa bed for my kid.

The appartment is ok, unfortunately, the management company is very bad - The instructions to get the key are vague, the instruction to find the flat are wrong (and the neighbours are not happy about it).
The appartment is extremely dirty, no cleaning was done before I arrived. I booked for 7 days and had to leave after 2 days because it was so dirty. When I complained, the management told me they would send someone, but nothing was done. There was no toilet paper, dirty oven, plenty of little animals in the kitchen... dirty laundry still in the washing machine (still dry so it has not been run)... bed linen not changed from the previous guests... very horrible management, rude and not responsive. The shower was blocked and it was not possible to use without flooding the place. I was supposed to stay 7 days but only stayed 2 days, it was so bad...

Dirty towels behind the bathroom door The host lack of understanding and respect Too much cockroaches No toilet paper The Host asked for extra money that I didn't get refunded back No Refund policy yet the second day I arrive to find the house is very dirty. After arriving from a 13 hour flight, I arrive at the property at night and I call the host for check in instructions but she didn't pick up. I get the restaurant next door to call many times but didn't pick up. Luckily I get neighbor to call all the host's provided numbers, we call many times but didn't pick up. What to do? At this point, tired, scared, foreign country late night insecurity, humiliation and embarrassment for wasting neighbor's time. Left to sleep on the streets with luggage. Or at the airport bench. To save my dignity I get exploited by a €45 taxi (even the taxi guy tried to call the host but no response) and a Galaxie Hotel nearby €100 for the night. Totally Not Worth It! This is the first time in France using Booking.com accommodation and look at what you get for an expensive 9 day €600 apartment. The following morning the host responded with minimum apology and since I had paid in full for the entire stay, I came back, still had problems calling again to get the precise check in and see the pictures and a video of how dirty the house was. So this is what happened the first 2 nights. So this caused me to negotiate a 2-day extension of the stay or a refund at least but that did not go well. Booking.com gave me €28 for damages caused that expired in 6 hours if I didn't book again . Wow! Whoever reading this, This was my experience yesterday and last week. It's very sad that the owner of the property either tolerates this behavior from the agents or also is inconsiderate. I believe in seeing the good in people and situations but the cleaner guy, Gulya and Lea ; all they want is to sieze your money and I admit I fell victim to the scam.

‼️SCAM ALERT! READ THIS AND BE WARNED‼️ On the way to the airport—just HOURS before check-in—I received WhatsApp messages from a Madagascar number, DEMANDING a “deposit” and “tourist tax”. They threatened me: PAY UP, or you WON’T GET THE KEYS. They claimed it was a cash deposit on arrival but insisted I transfer the money in advance. I asked for proof through the booking platform. They sent links that looked legitimate. Trusting the process, I made the transfer. They even had the audacity to send a video of where the keys would supposedly be and gave me a pin number. Fast forward to our arrival. It’s past 10 PM, we’re exhausted, and we start searching for these keys. Guess what? THERE WAS NOTHING. Not a single thing around the building matched the video. I messaged the number immediately—no answer. Their phone was off. We turned to the locals for help. These kind strangers went above and beyond, walking around with us to try and locate the place in the video. But then it got worse: other locals arrived and told us the cold, hard truth. The place in the video wasn’t even in the same city—or maybe not even the same country! Midnight came. Our little boy was so exhausted he fell asleep on a bench. Imagine that—your child sleeping on a bench in the middle of the night because of these SCAMMERS. Desperate, I called the booking platform. They couldn’t reach the apartment either. Their advice? “Book another hotel.” Great advice when you’re stranded in the middle of the night with a child. We had no choice but to book the first hotel that could take us. €1,247 later—three times more than the SCAM price—and we were finally inside somewhere safe. Add another €32 for a taxi and, of course, another tourist tax. Then, the next morning, the cherry on this disaster: some random number calls me. A woman Gulya speaking Russian. She asks me to resend the video of the keys, and after looking at it, casually says, “Oh, it looks like they mixed up the video with another hotel.

Muchísimas cosas 1- haces la reserva y se pone en contacto contigo una persona por whatsup y te pide 150 euros de fianza más pagar tasas con cuenta personal no de esmpresa y no a través de booking cosa que lo más lógico es desconfiar y te contesta muy borde y te dice eso lo que ay en fin … 2- la cama cómo se ve en la fotos no está echa tal como se ve en la foto 3 - había cucarachas pequeñas por toda la cocina y arañas pequeñas en la habitación al estar en primero y con jardín Mal experiencia
