Die Lage war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Die elektrische Ausstattung der Küche ist klasse.
Es gab einige Schäden, die zwar nicht so schlimm sind, aber angesichts der hohen Kaution von 500€ wäre eine Mängelliste hilfreich. Der Kontakt zum Vermietungsbüro wegen der Schäden war zeitweise schwierig. Die Kaution wurde erst nach zwei Wochen wieder freigegeben, was ich sehr lange finde. Die Matratze ist zu zweit sehr unbequem.
