Very easy communication with the host. Everything is close (mall, supermarket, beach, train station, airport). The apartment is nice, not the newest, mostly functional, but it had everything we needed.
Some home supplies we had to buy (like soap, sponge, trash bags). Small thing, but could be more convenient to have them on hand.

Good location!
One block from the sea and it's boulevard with restaurants and terraces. Though for a nicer beach and good swim we went to neighboring Cagnes.
5 minutes walk to the Cap 3000 for shopping and to bus station with Bus no 12 bringing you to Nice.
Large balcony with a view to a big nice pine tree and street life
Big bonus - underground parking. Not easy to park a bigger car but it's manageable.

Nice apartment with great potential but some work should be done .
All is very basic. Utensils in the kitchen , Noisy toilet.
Big shower but its bottom is way too shallow, it's overflowing if you forget to set the water low

What a beautiful apartment. Everything was very modern and spotless! I have genuinely never seen such a well equipped apartment, with every kitchen item you could possibly think of, cupboard full of cleaning materials.... the list is endless. It actually looked as if it was someone's home that they had let out for a week it was so homely.
I can't praise the accommodation enough. Alix, the owner, was always available to chat with and very helpful indeed. I give Alix and her apartment a very resounding 10 out of 10.
The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the sandy beach/main restaurants/marina and is ideally located.
We come to Saint Laurent du Var twice a year and will definitely be looking to come back to this apartment for our next trip.

Well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed. Good communication with hosts beforehand. Close to shopping centre and beachfront restaurants. Handy to have a washing machine. Private parking space in basement is good to have, BUT very tight to get into so be prepared! Don’t rely on ‘free’ parking outside - no spaces available.
Would have been better to meet owners at basement car park first so we didn’t have to leave car in the middle of a busy road while they showed us the apartment.
Bathroom needs a toilet roll holder, and would be useful to have a drying rack for clothes given that there’s a washing machine.

it was amazing apartment, included everything needed for life, working, big rooms, 4 balconies, good and useful equipments, light everywhere. We had privet garage where we left our car, it’s not big but we managed to leave the car there. the location is nice, 5 min to sea, 8 min to shopping mall and bus station. I recommend this apartment and if I come again to this city I would love to stay there again.
it was dirty and full of rubbish and hair shower drain that didn't drain down we cleaned it ourselves and oven tray not cleaned after previous guests.

Good location, good communication with the host. A few meters from the beach (part of it sandy, part of it pebble). 20 min by bus from Nice, Promenade des Anglais (1.5 euro a one way ticket). You need to leave a deposit at check-in, as written in the location's t&c on booking.com, no receipt, indeed (I did not request one), but got my money back at check-out with no problem. 1-2 min walk to CAP 3000 ( a huge shopping mall where you will find pretty much everything, from a Monoprix supermarket to restaurants and designer shops. The apartment is in good condition, it has all the amenities in the description, although it would need some renovation, but when the host will decide to do it, probable the price will be much higher. It comes with an underground free parking place. Bottom line, we had an excellent stay here, it is a good value for money, we highly recommend this apartment and the host, it would be our first choice if we ever come back again in the area.

It's a nice flat from where you can reach easily Nice by car or by train. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and has good value for the money.
Unfortunately the area, doesn't have the best beaches, but by the train or car, you can easily reach the other top beaches. We tried also Ventimiglia (Italy) which is ~1h train trip from Saint-Laurent-du -Var.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter de merveilleux sites à 100km à la ronde. Gorges du Var, Èze, Monaco, Nice, Cannes...etc.
Appartement très spacieux, balcon excellent pour dîner le soir. Parking gratuit en sous-sol.
À 3 minutes des plages, et 5 min du centre commercial Cap 3000.
La porte de l'ascenseur du -1 qui s'ouvre dans le mauvais sens. Il faut ester en justice l'architecte qui a eu cette idée.
Les tarif des restaurants face à la mer! Un tartare de thon avec pomme rissolées: 33€!

Idéalement placé pour accéder à pieds à la plage et les différents commerces et restaurants sur le port. Beau balcon. La climatisation est un plus indéniable.
Super communication avec Alix qui est charmante. Merci à sa Maman qui nous a gentiment accueillis.
Si je dois faire un petit reproche c’est qu’il y a un équipement sommaire (frigo un poil petit et difficilement aménageable.) mais pour les vacances on s’en accommode très facilement.

La posizione è ideale poiché vicino alla spiaggia e vicino ad un grande centro commerciale, inoltre è favorevole come posizione per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici, il posto auto è di grandissimo aiuto data la mancanza di posti auto.
La pulizia e la cura dell' ambiente era scarsa, poiché l'ambiente era pieno di polvere e il forno elettrico risultava sporco. Il soffione della doccia non teneva la posizione e mancava anche un'anta del piatto doccia.
