Just a block from the beach, 1st floor is a plus also has 2 baths which is a plus for a family.
It's only tidy but not clean. The bathrooms needed cleaning, the trash cans were dirty, and the floor was dirty too. They only have one broom for picking up and no cleaning liquid, just a small dawn for dishes. Overall, it was fine, but it does need cleaning because they charge extra for it.
